LEAP YEAR DINNER EXTRAVAGANZA WITH GUEST CHEF AL MULLER
Dinner will be a small plated 11 course evening with drink pairings for each course. February 29th, starting at 6pm and going until around 10pm. Price is $85 per person not including gratuity. Al is a San Diego local and with this meal he explores various food cultures found in our area. This dinner is not to be missed.

- Sous vide pork tenderloin with mole ahuacatl on a bed of buttered rice
- Butcher's steak with fried fingerlings and seared xao cai lan
- CA Cheese plate with blood orange marmalata and organic honey
- Mexican chocolate, Hazelnut and Vanilla ice creams with sweet corn cake doughnut with candied kumquats
